I am responsible for the operations of a 35 primary schools catering contract. Managing area managers to ensure compliance of HSE standards, quality meal provision and budgets. Ensuring that all procedures and policies are adhered to. Regularing reporting to Aspens and the trust on to ensure all KPIs are met in the correct time frame

I really enjoy the programme and the group sessions are fantastic as we are able to add different viewpoints from other sectors

Not as such, although I do put myself forward for working groups and approach senior management for advice when needed

Working at Aspens is like working for family, at times things are not easy but together we work through the challenges and support each other. Any competition within the area is friendly and a positive. The senior leadership team are very approachable and they are happy to mentor to ensure that we reach our full potential as individuals as well as a business.
