I manage the training and qualifications at Aspens-Services. I manage a team of 8 people to ensure we provide excellent support to apprentices.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my apprenticeship in strategic learning and development. The training is useful and the group activities support my further learning, the course pushes me to develop my skills in the workplace.

Aspens-Services is a large employer, but feels like a small one, because staff are friendly, work together well and no one, no matter the role, is ever too busy to help and support each other.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aspens Services?
Take time to settle in and get to know what the business does, get to know your team and other key stakeholders in the business, don't be afriad to ask for support.
