Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves liaising with clients and providers. I complete multiple pension transfer Analysis Forms which are presented to the client's to help them understand their holdings. I ensure these are produced to a high quality and provide accuracy.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My programme has a professional environment and is great for me to expand my knowledge in various areas. I have had a fantastic journey so far and can't wait to see what the future holds for my career, my team are so supportive and very encouraging.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt to become more confident when speaking to individuals and to have the reasonability of decision making. I have adapted my interpersonal skills since working at C&L FinEfficiency as i have built relationships with clients and members of the team. I have incorporated active listening within my role to help career advancement.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is well structured in the way it operates as my managers have a great understanding of what my ability is and will not give me tasks that i cannot handle. We have a great system for the way in which we are assigned work and is very clear to me as an employee, this involves a color coded system on our emails.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a generous amount of support from my employer in all areas necessary, such as college and in the workplace. I never feel pressured by my employer which i feel is very important as this can affect behavior towards a persons work ethic. Due to the support given, i have confidence in asking for help whenever it is needed for example my Off The Job Hours at college i can always ask my employer to show me new tasks to expand my knowledge of the business.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

When working towards my qualifications my training provider is very helpful as everything is always explained clearly and they will happily go over the work again to ensure my understanding is perfect. I have the opportunity to ask them for additional work to allow me to reach my full potential in the course.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification allows me to perform better in my role as we learn skills that are very relatable in being a business administrator, for example interpersonal skills which includes having effective communication not only with my colleagues but with clients. This is very key as it is easy for someone to be misunderstood. Additionally, with my training provider i learn to provide flexibility and adaptability which promotes professionalism within my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are plenty of social activities that we can get involved in. These include charity support, social or for the workplace. For example, a BBQ event for the team members to build relationships. Also, my origination are supporting a charity by completing a 26 mile walk.
