1st Fixing, 2nd Fixing or testing new build houses accompanied by a mentor to teach me how to do each of these proficiently.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed it a lot, from meeting new people to learning new skills, there was always something new.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learned, from start to finish, how to be an electrician. How to first fix, how to second fix, how to test and how to find and fix problems that may arise.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well. I had no trouble progressing through. At no point did I have to chase anyone to allow me to progress.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support provided couldn't have been better. My employer was the drive behind getting my programme done as soon as possible.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider kept me on track with getting all my necessary coursework completed on time.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Having my qualification makes me feel more responsible in the role and therefore allows me to take some workload off my colleagues.
