I am a home care support worker, I go to peoples homes and carry out day to day tasks to supports them within their home
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy building relationships with the clients and enjoy making them feel happy and comfortable within their homes, i also enjoy visiting didn’t people each day and carrying out different tasks

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is organised by fitting people into different calls and communicating given information and updates when needed. Tasks are provided in the calls and it also provides good team work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel well supported within my work place as I am able to contact them if I need help with something and they advise well
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My provider supports me well by sending me updates and helping me if I need it, I also have an easy way to contact them, I’m if stuck on something they will give me more time to work on it.
