Doing all types od beauty treatments, answering the phone, doing cleaning jobs and restocking products and creating content for social media.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy my programme very much as i get to work with a lovely group of girls and get to meet new people every day!

yes, i’ve developed multiple skills including, nails, lashes, facials, waxing and many others!

very organised and structured - it’s very easy to understand!

lots of support - i can go to anyone at a higher level to me and know i would get support from them all!

i receive loads of support when training, as we all want me to be trained at a good standard and with a good understanding!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

because i know that no matter what treatment im doing, i am doing it correctly as i have been taught in the correct way and if i have any questions or doubts i can ask and be supported!

yes! we have lots of extra-curricular activities, we go to many events throughout the year to promote the salon and they’re always so much fun!
