As an outdoor activity instructor, my role is to instruct varied activities but also maintain the site and complete any task that is required.

I have learnt the knowledge and skills it takes to become an efficient instructor, I developed my confidence and experience in delivering sessions for people aged 4-18.

This qualifications helps me to perform better in my role by acquiring me with knowledge and experience to be able to progress when instructing and also on a day to day.

Through work, I have gotten involved in becoming a lead volunteer for a beaver section in the Scouts Association. I have also gained an interest in top roping at local climbing gyms with my colleagues.

I would recommend WHP to a friend because it has given me lots of confidence in myself and helped me find new hobbies that I wouldn't have tried before. I would also recommend WHP to a friend because it encourages individuality and diversity.
