Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
In addition to my role as an energy consultant, I also serve as an Account Manager, where I support the day-to-day management of energy services for our clients. This involves handling customer inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring that their energy accounts are running smoothly. I provide ongoing support to make sure their energy needs are met, whether it’s managing contract renewals, monitoring energy consumption, or offering advice on optimizing energy use to drive further savings.
Together, these roles allow me to work directly with clients to provide value, streamline their energy procurement process, and ensure they receive the best possible service and support every day
