on a day to day basis i; greet clients, make them drinks, wash clients hair, assist senior stylists if needed, clean the salon.

i thoroughly enjoy my programme, i love the job itself and everyone who works in the salon.

i’ve learnt so many new skills at fierce, i learn something new almost every day and i’ve come a long way in my customer service skills. i often observe stylists and pick up new skills by putting them into practice in my own time

the owner of the salon is very organised and ensures all staff have a good routine. it’s structured very well
How much support do you receive from your employer?

my employer helps her staff as much as she can and it is clear she genuinely does care about us, i never feel nervous to ask for any help or support from her or any other staff members
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i receive a decent amount of support from my training provider and they usually overlook to my work to make sure it’s all going smoothly

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fierce Hairdressing?
personally, fierce is the best salon i could’ve chose to work at so i would highly recommend it and i would say it’s such a welcoming salon.
