Fairhive Homes Ltd is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord (RSL) that provides affordable housing across Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas. My role as a Community Engagement Coordinator is central to building positive relationships between the organization and the community, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and participation in social initiatives. I play a key role in promoting Fairhive’s values of being customer-focused, expert-driven, and innovative.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Fairhive Home is a great employer. A very warm environment to work and and provides me with the work/life balance I need to take care of my family.
