As a Business Administrator in the Projects Department, I provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of various initiatives. My role involves managing data, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with stakeholder communication. I help track project progress, support resident engagement efforts, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Additionally, I contribute to business improvements, process optimisations, and value-for-money (VfM) tracking while collaborating with different teams to enhance project outcomes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my apprenticeship and my role as a Business Administrator in the Projects Department. The variety of tasks keeps my work engaging, from data management and stakeholder communication to shadowing different teams and gaining insights into various business functions. I appreciate the opportunity to develop my skills while contributing to meaningful projects, such as the Resident Data Project. The support from my colleagues and the structured learning approach of my apprenticeship make the experience even more rewarding. It’s fulfilling to see my work have a real impact, and I’m excited to continue growing in this role.
