5/5
I have learnt a huge variety of skills in this role including, coaching, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, marketing, finance. Before starting this role I did not have any experience on any of these skills so I have been able to learn new skills and expand on ones I already had in customer service and operations.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is really well structured and we get a lot of support from the tutors. Tutors are also looking for ways to expand our experience on the course by recommending other events and also organising guest speakers from industry to enhance our learning even further and hear from industry professionals.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a huge amount of support from my employer and they have allowed me to put into practise what I have been learning on the degree. I have been able to trial and run many projects that I have been able to create from the degree. Getting to put theory into practice has been a valuable tool and has positively impacted the organisation as well.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
We receive a lot of support from our training provider. They always give us clear guidance on what is expected from the assessments on the course and how to improve on previous grades and assessments to reach the next level. They also give us time during class for discussions so we can work together towards assessments. The guidance on the EPA and work-based project is also clear.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
The qualification has helped me already improve in my job role by being able to apply what Ive learnt in the classroom. The qualification uses real world problems, workplace issues and helps us to understand how to navigate these and improve our workplace, our leadership ability and more. The qualification has helped me to have more confidence in my ability as a manager.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I regularly attend networking events in the local area to build connections and partnerships. We also regularly have team social events and team building activities to promote team work, which also allows the team to get to know other team members better that they dont work with daily.
