My role is providing good customer service and the ability t reply to emails in the correct manner.

I am happy with my current programme as it has taught me new skills and gives to me the opportunity to grow my pre existing skills.

I have developed pre existing skills like time management and managing work loads along with learn new skills as well which will help me in both the workplace and the outside of it.

I feel as though I always receive plenty of support from my employer and they are very supportive of me to not only try new things but help fix flaws which I have.
