Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I provide daily stats to all of the employees at TranslateUK three times a day and undertake any other tasks that [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] ask me to do. I also register interpreters to our system and am the main person who manages the registries email inbox.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme. I feel as if it is a perfect fit for me and what I want to do as a job/role. I feel like the courses that I have attended have been really enjoyable and the case study's that I am writing are the same.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of new skills which I am really pleased at, but I have also developed a lot of existing skills. The skills that I have developed have mainly been skills that I have learnt from secondary school and sixth form but also in other things.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I'd say that it is well structured. The first meeting tat I had with my tutor was an induction meeting which was where he explained everything to do with my apprenticeship and how it would all work and stuff like that. I feel that its really good.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive as much support as I need, which I think is perfect. Whenever I need something I'm not afraid to ask and they always help me when I need it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I'd say its the same as the question above. I feel comfortable to ask for help when I need it and he is great at explaining and helping me with things when I need that support, which is either through email or through a teams call.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like my training helps me perform better in my role as its allowed me to have a deeper and more developed understanding of my role and how it operates within and impacts a business.

I feel like the business has great core values and the offices work well and get on together great. I feel like TranslateUK is a brilliant company to work for.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TranslateUK?
Try and get the job! It is my first job and my skills have developed greatly since working here. TranslateUK is very welcoming and the offices are a brilliant environment have a great atmosphere as we all get on with eachother well.
