I work as a barber as well as working on customer service and also helping with the training of new barbers and apprentices

I really enjoy what I do as it’s a passion and working at Less Than Zero helped me improve my skills and made me who I am today

I passed my apprenticeship and also now working on a L&D qualification whilst also learning new skills within my industry

It is very organised and structured with plans in place which helped me see my plans for the future and gave me a clear view of progression

I received a lot of help from my employer, I felt very welcomed and comfortable so no matter the question they was there to help

A lot, we worked hand in hand with eachother so the help was always there and they was always willing to help me and improve my learning
