Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I provide HR support for a number of nurseries in the London area. I provide advice and guidance on a variety of cases and complex HR issues. I also work to coach leaders and managers and work with the business to ensure compliance.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was enjoyable but the workload was much higher than anticipated.

I have learnt many new skills and have become more familiar with the theory elements.

It was very well structured, Realise cannot be faulted.

A lot of support but I had to organise my own off the job time which could prove difficult due to my high work load.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support, my TDO was always easy to reach.

It helped me a lot by teaching me the knowledge I needed.

Why?
It is a growing company and they are working to support a number of apprentices complete their apprenticeship successfully. There is a lot of support available on a nursery level for the early years apprentices.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Kido Schools UK?
Be prepared to put in the work and the apprenticeship will help you to be successful in your chosen career path.
