I work in the global communications team for Home Care business group. I support both internal and external communications, including leading on our analytics, owned content, help support events, work closely with our brands and work to build a cohesive motivated workforce

I have loved my work experience. There is so much to get involved with both within my role and in the Unilever community
How well organised was your work experience?

I personally have found it very well organized. The transition was very smooth and the first few months were organized well to help ease me in. I always have tasks to do and my team have made me feel like I am a full member, not just an IP
How much did your work experience help you in deciding on your future career path?

From having no idea what I wanted to do this work experience has helped me work out what I like and don’t like, and communications is definitely a job I’d consider

I have developed many skills over my year placement. Overall my confidence has grown tremendously, including presenting and networking with senior leaders. I have improved my excel skills, power point skills, organizational, time management and communication

I have learnt loads and am now I big fan of Unilever. I have really enjoyed getting to know the Home Care brands and also believe Unilever has a great working culture

Yes we have lots to get involved it including socials, outreach teams and much more
