When available i have received the information however over the 2 year period i have had 3 mentors from the training provider which has cause confusion
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I don't feel like the training programme was as relevant as it could have been, there was a lot of warehousing relations which were not relevant.

Howdens is a fantastic place to work, since joining the company i have been nothing but welcomed. My peers and managers have done nothing but asset me in becoming the best version of myself, I owe a lot to the company and how they've helped me grow as a person and also a great work asset.
