To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Although intense on top of my daily job role, I thoroughly enjoyed the programme - it provided me with invaluable insight I use in my role today. My tutor was always helpful and being on a cohort with members from my team I felt helped massively

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was very structured, with set deadlines, all information was stored on the multiverse website to go back to I always found useful. The small videos on the site I felt were more useful than the books

The trainer was always willing to help - usually via email. We also had regular catch ups on our 121s

The tools are knowledge I gained on the course I use in my daily role - through strategic project management and key stakeholder engagement. Tools I have learnt I have shared with our wider teams

The people are a big part in RS Group for me personally, I have worked here since I was 21 and the people have met have always been willing to help, extremely friendly and supportive with your career journey with so much opportunity to grow

Get to know the business, whether researching the area or inductions if you know someone already in the business - bring to life what value/key skills you can bring to the business.
