Struggling to understand what needs doing when, how to schedule my time to ensure all work is complete. It is a big workload on top of my already busy day so I'm very apprehensive.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is always there when I need to ask questions or need help, but she is also very busy with her workload, and i dont want to add more pressure for her.

It gives me more insight into how to do certain tasks in my job role. I struggle with understanding a lot of the reading material as I work better by someone showing me or I physically do it myself, that is the hard part.
