My roles involves multiple aspects of reward, remuneration and benefits for UK employees (predominantly). I deal with internal employees and benefit providers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was a great way of learning, whilst also earning a living at the same time. It allowed me to network with many individuals in the business.

I have! I am currently doing a level 5 diploma privately, but the learning and development that I acquired doing my level 3 with RS has really shaped me and supported my career develpement.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was some time ago and there were a few teething problems, but overall, it was a well organised programme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager was really supportive and allowed me the time, space and opportunities to develop my newly learned skills.
