Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Writing, editing, and renewing news articles. Content creation in line with business objectives. Using planning tools.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I have learned a lot on my programme and enjoy it.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Video creation, copywriting, storyboarding, use of SharePoint, use of Sway, stakeholder engagement, stakeholder management, campaign creation and evaluation.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Both sides of the apprenticeship are structured well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Lots of support. My team are incredible and I love working with them. They have taught me so much, enabled me to develop my skills and knowledge. They have also enabled me to take on new opportunities.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Lots of support but it could be more consistent. It feels a bit repetitive at times.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I don't really know, as I feel most of my learning and development has come from the role compared to the things learned on the apprenticeship.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There are but I am not involved
