Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves contacting our account base. This includes outgoing and incoming calling, texting, emailing or serving face-to-face with our customers. My role is to gain as many leads and sales through customers as possible and contact as many of our accounts.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying the job role that I am in at the moment. I am enjoying completing this course and learning more about the products we sell.

I have developed my customer service skills. I am gaining more product knowledge.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I have a tutor who comes and sees me roughly once every 6-8 weeks. I feel that this is very appropriate due to being part of a busy company and developing product knowledge etc.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel very supported by all members of the company. I have build good relationships with my work colleagues and can get help when needed.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor is very helpful and guides me through the course and workbooks. Always happy to help if i get stuck or struggle.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am happy with how my qualification is going and it helps me understand how important customer service is within a business.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We has a go karting event take place in march which we could attend.

Why?

I think the company brings a lot of opportunities and has lots to offer. There are lots of different skills that are part of the business. I found that I fitted in well as the team are friendly and good to work with.
