To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Health and safety knowledge - Legislation etc
Finance skills - Budget control,
Customer communication skills, customer service etc.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
The structure of the apprenticeship relies heavily on the line manager, regular restructures caused a lack of structure as management continuously changed.
Needs a better overall structure/blanket structure.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
2/5
As much support as I asked for, sometimes day to day jobs/role on site got in the way of development due to the scarcity of staff. Having to fill in operative roles due to lack of staff.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Derby Uni were very helpful in giving support. Regular weekly sessions open for questions about anything.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Qualification is very relevant to the current role that I am in. My only thought/worry is that the qualification is not going to betaken elsewhere in other industries, very specific to this industry.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Plenty of in work activities such as the employee development programme or help the plant schemes, not as many social or sport activities within the company.
