My role was an assistant accountant who supports other team members with their responsibilities, I created journals, reconciliations and had my own month end responsibilities. I would rotate into different teams to work centrally but also in the business units for more exposure
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the work i was given to do, the meetings I was involved in, the site visits and trips.

I learnt new professional skills of how to be in the workplace, communications skills, presentation skills. I learnt many accounting and software skills, about the market.
