It was very well structured throughout. I understood time expectations and the pace required. It just felt a bit rushed at the end when compiling the evidence.

I have received additional support, in the form of 6 month 1-2-1 coaching with an external company and a Hogan report

Lots of support in the form of regular 1-2-1 coaching sessions to talk through understanding of the modules and end of course presentation run through

Very much. It was well rounded in learnings and boosted my confidence in my role and abilities which have lead to a promotion.
