Why?
Howdens has set up a whole foundation for me to succeed, they take there time with every employee and there is no big ego's, we all work and a team and if we do well we do it well as a team and if we fail we fail as a team. Howdens has made me feel very comfortable in my work and have always supported me when I've made mistakes. 100% recommend Howdens to a friend for a career path.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Howdens?
Just make sure you be yourself straight from the start and don't be afraid to introduce yourself to anyone as everybody are very welcoming.
