Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

my role is to coach and train our sales teams on how use tools to create a commercially viable offer to our customers. I do some data analysis in my role
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I did enjoy some aspects - the bit I did not enjoy was the scenarios/projects that we had to do outside of the course - I understand that this is to help apply it to our role but I didn't do much with data in my role at that time so I had to make up scenario's which I didn't like to do, but had to do to get me through the course. It would have been better to not do that but to be given scenarios that are already done for us so that we all have the same work to do

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

somewhat - my excel skills were very basic before the course so i definitely know how to do more with excel, I wouldn't necessarily use the majority of what was learned in the course though in my day to day job - I would say that is more for someone doing a data analysis role

my coach wasn't always available and would not always reply to emails etc but i knew i could get other support from the cohort and/or other multiverse platforms
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like I am more confident with excel and data analysis in general but I could have got that from an advanced excel course maybe. I do not want to do in to data analysis which this course did lead me to that decision
