Solution Lead on warehouse strategic modelling and soultions, day to day taking data, modelling and feeding back to stakeholders
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Mixed feelings, enjoy the modules, but not the workshops, they are too long and I find the learning experience on MS TEAMs quite difficult having always done classroom learning.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Better understanding of excel and what can do. Confirming my approach in my way of working follows a data structure and I follow good practices

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well structured, clear timelines and expectations. The 6 hours a week a proving to be a challenge and recently with 4 day weeks due to bank holidays, very challenging when also taking annual leave
How much support do you receive from your employer?

All the support I need, its up to me to ensure I put the time in my diary to ensure I give it the time it needs. No challenge from my Manager on this
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

All the support I need, my tutor is always required if I need support

Too early to provide feedback but I have learned some new skills already which help out with looking at data
