How well organised/structured is your programme?

Reasonably, but had room for improvement as it was the first time our company had run it. More recent cohorts had a better organised/structured program.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much as I needed, both from my manager & above but also from my fellow colleagues/students.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Mixed. It depended on my tutors own knowledge and experience.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I'm a lot more confident in scoping and starting new projects, especially the more complex ones due to the knowledge & experience gained through the apprenticeship.

We run a number of Employee Resource Groups as well as other social & networking events.

I've worked at RS for over 33 years and on the whole have enjoyed my time here. The company have always been focussed on their employees wellbeing and welfare and have always been very supportive.
