Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I create the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem. This involves designing systems, applications, and processes that meet the business requirements and align with the overall architecture, strategy and business goals. I assess the appropriate technologies/platforms to use for the solution, considering factors like scalability, security, and cost.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

There was a lot of reading, work and thinking involved which I really loved as it is a subject I enjoy thoroughly, sometimes I found it difficult but getting through it made me feel proud of my achievement
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learned techniques to help develop strategies and work with stakeholders better to facilitate strategic thinking as well as the importance of different evaluations. It helped me develop my skills and confidence in presenting to senior leaders
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The MSc part of the programme was very well organised/structured but the apprenticeship element was not as well organised - however I was in the first year intake so it was new and they changed many things for the following cohort to improve this
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer provided me with one full day per week to study and focus on my MSc and Apprenticeship, they were supportive in all the projects that I did which were related to my work - great support
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support from the training provider was excellent, and from the cohort themselves, there were many interactive sessions and online content plus everyone gets their own personal Apprenticeship support person
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

More than anything it gave me more confidence to manage situations like presenting to senior leaders and to larger groups of people. It made me think about things in a more structured way to get the outcome that I needed
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are but I am quite an introverted person and this is not something I get involved in really
