Day to day roles depend on the placement at that present time as we do different rotations across the Supply Chain. It usually involves team meetings which aid in problem solving activities.

I enjoy my programme greatly. The apprentice community here is fantastic and the work we do is very rewarding as we contribute to the safety of millions of travelers worldwide.

Skills Development

4/5
I have developed and gained many skills in my short time here such as my competency in Excel and my ability to present to a group of people has also improved during my time here.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Our programme is structured well. We have a full year in industry to imbed ourselves within the business then our university studies start in September of the following year. That experience of working full time will be pivotal once we start our Uni adventure.

We receive a decent amount of support from our employer. Our apprentice lead does weekly check-ins to make sure we're all doing fine and bi-weekly one-to-one sessions.

There are a lot of opportunities to get involved with extra-curricular activities in the Apprentice community such as football, tennis, rugby, run club and many others. We also have social events such as our yearly Christmas socials and apprentice socials every quarter.
