There is a structure to the collage block release, but as far as on the job it is work dependent and I am left to organise myself most of the time. Although I do not mind this as I do not feel micromanaged.

I am given the time to log my OTJ hours required for my qualification, although due to the businesses lack of intruder alarm systems I am short of the exposure needed in that area
