I provide additional resource to client-teams within the business, frequently picking-up ad-hoc work required to address a particular regulatory challenge or work required for a particular client-facing engagement. This aids the analysts/associates/consultants in performing their role.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I was given both responsibility for specific, important tasks which were used for client-facing purposes, and autonomy to complete them in ways I felt suitable to produce an outcome acceptable and in-line with the timeline requirements.

I am learning more with regards to the Investment market, how different businesses fit within the industry, their roles, and the value they produce for their respective clients. I also develop further my existing skills in time management, numeracy, communication, presenting, and organisation.
