I enjoy the programme and developing my skills. I have been provided with a lot of support from RS Group and the external apprenticeship aptem learning company.

It is well organised clearly layed out understand what is needed for me to complete the programme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a great amount of support from my manager and other managers in the departments that I have worked in.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I had monthly calls with the training provider to help me work towards my qualifications. If I had any questions I could send a message anytime and they would reply in a timely manner. Had great communication on build up to my EPA so I felt confident of passing.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has helped me grow in my confidence and taught me how to communicate with teams. How to complete projects and how to use the methods provided.
