Why?
Tarmac's culture is very diverse and inclusive. They are very keen on upskilling their employees (both soft and hard skills) - Tarmac have great successes from it but I also think it's a personal win for the employees.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tarmac?
Be an opportunist!!
