I work as a Program/Project Manager and I am managing software implementation projects for large companies. These are usually 9-18 month projects, where I manage a team of people implementing SAP software for customers. I have to manage the team, plan delivery, report internally on the project progress and maintain cost and profits. I also have to report to customer stakeholders and negotiate Project Change requests from time to time.
