Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I am on a rotational graduate scheme where my day to day includes speaking to clients, learning the analytics tools, reviewing the clients renewals and analysing the P&L accounts. I have completed rotations in client servicing, risk management, broking, analytics and finance where I have learnt how the different parts of the business work together to deliver the best client outcome.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
I have learnt a lot by being a part of my apprenticeship programme which has supplemented my learning in my job. However, it is hard to fully enjoy the programme when you have to also focus on a excelling in the job.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
The main skills that I have developed are my communication, presenting and analytics skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
My programme is structured well but slightly unrealistic with balancing the job and not enough support given.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
I get a day a week off to focus on my apprenticeship but realistically it is hard to get the day off when you have work pressures and deadlines you have to meet.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
We get lectures/tutorials for our exams/coursework but we would prefer more support with supplementary material to assist or more exam questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
My qualification through my training provider helps me to perform better in my role as it helps me work through the ACII qualification.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are numerous extra-curricular activities to get involved in at work, the internal networks that you can join, team socials and access to external networking events.
