To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I have thoroughly enjoyed my programme at Wiltshire Council with the only downside being the college course not being run well but this was a failing of the college not my employer.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt skills unique to my job role whilst developing my skills in public speaking, IT skills as well as my knowledge of civil engineering and highways maintenance

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Very well organised, I had a clear matrix of what I needed to learn when I started and have had lots of opportunity with other teams to broaden my knowledge and skills for further development.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I have always received all the support I need from my employer including my engineer, line manager and the apprenticeship team.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I have received all the support necessary from my provider, always given the time to work on my qualifications should I need it. They have also allowed for me to progress further on to a Level 6 course.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Not all that well as it doesn't directly apply to my current job role, however it does allow for me to progress further within my workplace.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
The apprenticeship team are always arranging for extra curricular events for the apprentices
