My qualification is not exactly how we do things within my day to day role however the skills are transferable so it is easy to use the knowledge learnt from the qualification to translate that into my role.

Why?
Because Virgin Media understand that if they look after us as employees we will look after the company, the company emphasise looking after yourself and other at work and you never feel out of place or alone whilst at work. You constantly feel like you are part of a family
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Virgin Media O2?
Go for it, you will see for yourself how amaxzing the company is, theres always room for progression and it is encouraged, no one will hold you back or take offence if you want to progress. People will support your journey within the company and it offers so many different avenues are roles. Virgin have lots of great schemes to get involved with too whilst at work so it is easy to find people at work who have the same interest as you.
