I am a clerical officer working in the prosecutions unit at merseyside police - i have moved across 3 different teams inn the CJU department - i am currently working on the crown team, i deal with bail apps, summons, files etc

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

organisation skills - the apprenticeship has also helped with this as i have deadline needed to be met - i use gantt charts to show this

well organised - i keep on top of all due dates and deadlines and ensure they are all met on time

i have regular 1-1's with team leader - i am able to chat about any worrys/concerns i may have and they will also keep me up to date with my progress in work.

my college teacher ensures that my worked is checked and gives feedback when needed. i have regular reviews on progress
