My role is to educate the children in my nursery room of 1 to 3 year olds. Keeping them safe, keeping them curious and educated aswell as feeding, nappy changes ect.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the program I am on and feel I am learning alot so far.

My programme is extremely organised and structured and I have alot of support.

I receive above and beyond support from my employer - I have never had an employer care so much about my personal wellbeing and growth.

I have already recommended Forbury Gardens Day Nursery to a family friend as it is full of support, respect and routine which i have not had in any other job prior to being here.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Forbury Gardens Day Nursery?
I would advise anyone else to make sure they learn all they can and research all they can to make sure they are bettering themselves at the job role as it is so important to look after children.
