I answer and make calls, i also use the internal sales system to sell things.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy talking to new people but it is a bit repetitive and i would like to be able to learn more.

My IT skills have improved and i have also gained confidence with talking on the phone.

My trainer is not very regular as he is only supposed to come once a month but sometimes he does not come at all
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot of support, if i need help with something there is always someone to ask.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

He sends helpful emails but i think it would be better if his visits were more regular.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i do not think it makes any difference because the training is irrelevant and my trainer does not come often
