What my role entails on a day to day basis is learning new things everyday from the moment I get to work I am dealing with account payments and daily transactions, to calling customers to build leads, then I am making sure to do Physical refunds & Free of charge reports.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

This is one of the most amazing apprenticeships as I have a very helpful manager and each and every member of the team is always teaching me new things about the job and I have come with such a fresh mindset into the role at Howdens.

I have managed to absolutely build my customer service skills and telephone skills and speaking skills

How well organised/structured is your programme?

In terms of organisation from the very first day I received on job training which allowed me to better my skills as well as to gain a great apprenticeship in level 2 business developer and in this job I always seem to be going out my way to learn new things about my job and study the job in a sense
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support system is immaculate, the three managers are very helpful towards me and my apprenticeship. Each and every member of the Howdens depot are supporting me with my new apprenticeship
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The Training provider spoke to me earlier this week and seemed to be very kind when I spoke with her and gave me a better understanding on the type of apprenticeship and as I am fairly new to Howdens I haven't yet started my apprenticeship.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As I am new to the depot I have just started my apprenticeship and I believe [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] and the team from Intec Business College will help me through my journey here at Howdens and allow me to perform better in my role
