I move around 5 different areas of the business. Within these areas I get stuck into project work which could be me leading the project or myself helping the project flow. I have also been exposed to people management experiences and problem solving issues. every day is different and my knowledge grows massively!

How well organised/structured is your programme?

the program is well organised, we have month checkins with the apprenticeship lead and we have regular 121s with our tutor and weekly 121s with our managers
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from Howdens, this comes from other apprentices, managers, co-workers, managers and also directors who all support the program.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I recieve a strong amount od support from corndel, I have regular 121s with my tutor as well as progress reviews with my tutor and my manager combined
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

very well, all the work I learn on my apprenticeship gets mirrored into my Howdens work and all of the work I am learning at Howdens I can discuss within my weekly work for my apprenticeship
