I really don’t think it has. Although I enjoy the sessions, I wouldn’t have done this qualification by choice. It doesn’t have much to do with my job role.

Why?
Good money, good pension and great job prospects. There is plenty of room to grow.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tarmac?
Be prepared for the PODP course as it gets very stressful with the coursework that comes with it.
