Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Inputting data changes, analysing projects, stakeholder calls, running reports
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
It's good experience, and a good qualification. The people I meet tend to be nice and overall it's quite good. Wish there wasn't a need for the portfolio but i understand its importance.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, learnt a lot more about excel, interpersonal skills when dealing with stakeholders, analytical skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Well organised, previous levels haven't been quite as much because of the whole year and a day thing, could've got through the apprenticeships a lot quicker and wasted less time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Just the right amount to make passing easy enough, we get the full day off for the exam provided the exam is over 2.5hrs long and half a day study before as well as 20% study time at college
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Enough to pass without feeling too much pressure, the teachers offer lots of past exam papers
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
Not at all really, i'm studying accounting and doing business admin. There's maybe a 5% overlap at the very most throughout everything i've done
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
There are some charity events that happen infrequently and some people run their own activities in their own time, but these sports activities aren't supported by the business
