Day-to-day work is always different, from processing VAT quarters, to yearend accounts and of course the mad rush that is January tax returns.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program very much, It allows me to study at my own pace but with clear achievable deadlines. Whenever I have questions both my employer and training provider are there to help at any time.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Skills are always being developed, improved and streamlined. This allows for me to complete my various tasks to the best of my ability and in a consistent timely manner.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Its very well structured with clear goals, constantly moving forward at a good pace.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Everyone in the office is always happy to help at any time with any questions I have, either that be about the work I'm carrying out to questions about the topic I'm currently studying.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Weekly catch ups followed by three monthly reviews. My training provider is there to ask any question I have about the topic I'm studying. Sending off practice exams for marking I always get them back marked within three to four days.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me understand more about what I'm doing and how it relates to the over all client, from their yearend to their income tax returns and how it all connects.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is always something on at Westcotts from group walks to runs, bowling events and general meet ups.
