Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Rotating around 7 different supply chain functions over the course. Completing projects and day to day standard work, such as running metrics and reporting to the business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program as you get to experience a variety of different roles and departments, developing many skills along the way, alongside being in an apprentice community participating in team building activities.

Learnt many new skills such as - Communication, problem solving, presenting, excel, challenging conversations

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program is well structured with standard works
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is huge support from GE, having a people leader, rotation managers, mentors and an apprentice support system
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support varies between lecturers from the training provider, some offer little support and guidance. There are support avenues available, however this has not been communicated or sign posted clearly.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The modules at University are relevant to most rotations, leading to deeper knowledge and understanding which can be applied in the workplace.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Social team building activities take place throughout the scheme as well as professional networking events. Other activities like volunteering at Cheltenham science festival, and RIAT are available.
