I manage a team of meter technicians, My role includes but not limited to performance management, onsite welfare visits, investigations and conducting hearings.

Through Sigma Lean Six Apprenticeship Program i am learning to develop both technical and soft skills essential for process improvement, operational excellence, and leadership including Technical & Analytical Skills and Project Management & Leadership Skills

Extremely! they the program is planned it very well organised, We have regular training and follow up sessions to ensure adequate support is there when required

My employer is 100% behind me on this.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Blue lion have been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the program duration. They have been in touch regularly to see if i need any support. There was plenty of support available e.g training sessions, follow up sessions, 1-2-1 support sessions etc.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification through Blue Lion has significantly improved my performance in my role. The practical training and industry-relevant skills I gained have helped me streamline processes, solve problems more effectively, and contribute to measurable improvements in efficiency and quality. I feel more confident and equipped to drive continuous improvement initiatives in my workplace

One of the best companies i have worked with. Friendly and fair. lots of opportunities to progress and develop. If someone needs any help, my company's culture is "How we can help" rather than why.
